In
November 2007, Laboratories Dom AVMM AG (Swiss Registration No.
CH-170.3.030.727-5), pioneers in Research & Development specializing
in in-depth Live Cell Therapy and Placental Therapy went a step
further by introducing an additional Vegetal Placenta in
'Cosmeceutical Form' (Injectible Form) to complement its existing
'Supplement Form' (Capsule Form) range. This New Cosmeceutical
Range was researched, developed, manufactured and approved in
Switzerland under stringent Swiss GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
under the name of MFIII of Switzerland Total Skin Rejuvenation &
Revitalization Program.
MFIII
Vegetal Placenta Injectibles is manufactured according to an unique
process, using state-of-the art molecular fractionation technology.
The process is performed at controlled temperature with
sophisticated ultra filtration units to allow for the selection of
specific molecules and to ensure the maintenance of their potency.
The manufacturing steps are performed in accordance with the current
provisions for Swiss Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) ensuring a
very high quality product.
The Swiss
Difference in
MFIII Vegetal Placenta Injectibles
The closely guarded Swiss MFIII Vegetal Placenta extraction
method via 'Cold Processing' and the special manufacturing process,
maintains the bio activeness of the Vegetal Placenta, unlike
traditional or conventional methods.
The traditional method used in Asia required constant drying,
grounding into powdered form and risked the collection of heavy
metals while modern conventional methods of lyophilization with the
application of strong vacuum suction pressure to squeeze water
content damages the cell membrane of the placenta. Furthermore,
pasteurization or sterilization methods with heat up to 125 C cause
changes to the structure of the molecules and dramatically reduces
the efficacy of the placentas.
MFIII VP Injectibles maintains the highest levels of bio activeness and also has
the following key features: (See below for further explanation).
Supports Healthy MMP (see below for details) activity that enhances
the metabolic activity of skin cells and proteins thus effectively
reducing wrinkles, sagging and decreasing scar tissue.
Lightening or toning effects on skin pigmentation. This is made
possible due to the existence of Glutathione (GSH) found in MFIII VP
Injectibles.
Boosts your immune system, metabolism and helps detoxification
which are naturally properties of GSH giving you a healthier, more
beautiful and firm body.
These provide amazing skin rejuvenation and anti aging benefits. In
an internal physiological scientific study conducted on human
volunteers, the cellular turn-over was measured by the DHA method or
the disappearance of the skin's artificial color allowing the
measurement of the rate of exfoliation and coenocytes turn-over.
After using the product diluted at 50% for 11 days, the cellular
turn-over had been increased by a minimum of 26%.
MFIII VP Injectibles comes in sets of 10 vials (ampoules), 4 ml each
and can be directly applied on the skin (particularly the face and
neck area) or preferably injected intramuscularly or intravenously
(one vial
daily).
MFIII VP Injectibles is a composition that will work as anti-MMPs,
consolidating the extra cellular matrix (ECM) and amino acids that
are used to produce new proteins such as collagen in the very
specific way skin is structured.
What are Matrix Metalloproteinase (MMPs)? Proteins such as
collagen, elastin and others are linked with others macromolecules
such as glycoaminoglycans to form the extra cellular matrix (ECM)
components of all solid body tissues. Examples include cartilage,
the fibrous sheaths of muscles, tendons and ligaments, and the
dermal layer of the skin. The ECM components are in constant
renewal, or turnover, a process based on an equilibrium between
synthesis and degradation. Collagen fibers are synthesized by cells
such as skin fibroblasts.
In addition to their anabolic activity, chondrocytes and fibroblasts
also produce and secrete enzymes known as collagenase or matrix
metalloproteinase (MMPs). MMPs represent a special class of enzymes
that target and cleave the fibrous proteins of the ECM. Almost
paradoxically, chondrocytes and fibroblasts also produce inhibitors
of MMPs. These inhibitors are important in restraining the
degradative action of MMPs. A balance must therefore exist between
these two opposite cellular activities in order to maintain or
restore tissues matrix integrity.
MMPs are capable of degrading all kinds of extra cellular matrix
proteins despite their role in maintaining the integrity of the skin
and other tissues, MMPs have also been shown to be involved in
angiogenesis (Blood vessel formation, which usually accompanies the
growth of malignant tissue).
With aging and in various conditions, the metabolic activity of
cells such as fibroblasts may become disturbed. Such a disturbance
may affect the equilibrium between production and breakdown of extra
cellular matrice (Murphy and Reynolds, 1993). In these conditions,
the balance between MMPs and inhibitor of MMPs is no longer
respected, so that in most cases, the enzymatic activity of MMPs
predominates. Aging and long term sunlight exposures are all factors
associated with an increased enzymatic activity of MMPs (Fischer,
1997). This activity eventually leads to the degradation of the
collagen fiber meshwork.

Age-related degradation of the extra-cellular matrix is closely
associated with skin wrinkling and sagging. The effects of
age-related increase in the activity of MMPs and collagenase is
most observable on the skin.
In addition, the premature appearance of wrinkles and sagging are
linked to long-term sunlight exposure (Fisher, 1997) and cigarette
smoking (Kadunce, 1991).
Aging is a natural and inevitable process. However, the damages
caused by age-related degeneration of extra-cellular matrix can be
modulated if attempts are made to reestablish and maintain the
equilibrium between extra-cellular matrix production and the
enzymatic activity of MMPs.

What is GSH?
GSH is the most powerful naturally occurring antioxidant in human
beings. It has multiple roles. GSH protects your vision, boosts your
immune system, helps turn carbohydrates into energy, and prevents
the buildup of oxidized fats. Many clinical studies have shown that
GSH may address some of the major health issues of today such as
diabetes, heart disease, strokes, asthma, hepatitis and the diseases
associated with aging such as Alzheimer's and arthritis.
GSH, a small molecule found in almost every cell, is a compound
classified as a tripeptide made of three amino acids: L-cysteine,
glutamic acid, and glycine. Each and every cell in the body uses
these raw ingredients to manufactures GSH. The GSH in each cell has
numerous functions. The three most important jobs are antioxidation,
immunization boosting and detoxification. GSH is also found in every
part of the body, especially the lungs, intestinal tract, and liver.
The body produces and stores the largest amounts of GSH in the
liver, where it is used to detoxify harmful compounds so that they
can be removed from the body through bile. The liver also supplies
GSH directly to red and white blood cells in the bloodstream helping
keep red blood and white blood cells healthy to maximize the
disease-fighting power of the immune system. GSH also appears to
have an anti-aging affect on the body. GSH levels decline with age,
and a lack of glutathione has been shown to leave the body more
vulnerable to damage by free radicals, thus speeding up oxidation
(deterioration) of the body.
MFIII VP Injectibles has the best available raw form of GSH and is
specially blended with two other active ingredients in a proprietary
concoction under specific temperatures and conditions to attain
optimum effectiveness with minimum application of heat.
Swiss Authorities Certification
